This notice describes how the KERNYRA website handles project inquiries. Company details, retention periods and a verified privacy contact still require operational and legal review.
Information you choose to provide
When you send a project brief, KERNYRA receives your name, email, optional phone, country and company, project type, selected services, project stage, engagement scope, timeline and any notes you provide. Required fields are marked in the form. The server delivers your inquiry to a private team channel through Discord. This website does not store inquiries in a database. General introductions also include your discipline, portfolio link and introduction when provided.
Technical information
Only when you submit, the form collects browser-reported platform, mobile status, screen and viewport, CPU cores, approximate memory, touch support, connection type, GPU, a short device fingerprint, language, timezone, local time, theme, referring page and interaction timing. Available request headers add IP address, approximate hosting-provided city/location, browser user-agent and client hints. The server may send the connecting IP to ipwho.is for ISP, network and security context. Unsupported signals stay unavailable. No precise GPS location or MAC address is collected. Browser signals are hints and may be restricted or altered by the browser. Temporary rate and duplicate-request records remain local to a server instance.
How information is intended to be used
Enquiry data should be used to respond, assess a potential engagement, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. It should not be sold. Any additional marketing use requires an appropriate notice and choice.
Retention and access
Inquiry details remain in the private Discord channel until deleted there. Access should be limited to the team handling inquiries. The responsible legal entity, retention period and verified contact for privacy requests still need to be supplied.
Before production launch
Confirm the operating legal entity, contact route, processors, hosting regions, cookie behaviour, retention periods, lawful bases, international transfers, and rights that apply to the intended markets.
