Overview
VANTA ESTATES is a frontend-only real estate marketing concept for Egypt. Beyond its landing page, it has property, development and area pages. Listings, prices and brand details are fictional examples.
Challenge
Property discovery combines aspiration with practical filters. Visitors need an immediate sense of place, then useful ways to narrow options and continue to a relevant detail page.
Solution
The architectural hero leads into a search strip and curated listings. A filterable catalog supports location, property type, budget, bedrooms, delivery and developer, with detail pages and inquiry actions.
Experience & design
Large typography, architectural photography and measured motion give the concept a distinct editorial rhythm. Arabic and English layouts and light and dark surfaces are designed as complete modes.
Engineering
Next.js and TypeScript power localized routes, metadata and in-browser filtering. Framer Motion handles page and scroll transitions while honoring reduced-motion preferences.
Architecture
Properties, developments and areas are local TypeScript data. Search parameters keep listing state addressable; inquiry forms open a prepared WhatsApp message and do not store data.
Features
Bilingual landing page, property filters, listing and detail pages, development and area pages, WhatsApp inquiry, light and dark themes.
Results
The running demo shows an end-to-end property discovery concept. Every listing and price is illustrative; the work does not represent live inventory or transaction results.
